Kenneth Cruz blocks a jab from Mario Barrios at the 2013 Golden Gloves ChampionshipThe 2013 Armed Forces Boxing Championship was cancelled as neither the Marine Corps nor the Navy fielded teams this year.  The Air Force Boxing Team participated in the San Antonio Golden Glove Championship, through 18-23 February.  The results are as follows:

Bantamweight (123 pounds)
Kenneth Cruz USAF won 3-2 decision over Angel Garcia (Advocates Boxing Club)
Kenneth Cruz USAF won 3-2 decision over Ramon Cardenas (San Antonio Parks & Recreation)

Dustin Southichack USAF won 5-0 decision over Roger Gonzales (San Antonio Parks & Recreation)
